It was fluff. Also, if you want guerilla tactics to do something specific, PM it to me.

Hmph. Stubborn Russian Funded bastards. They'll be dead, when they've fought for their nation and died trying.
Note To Self: Ion Cannon. We need to stretch our muscle compared to the other powers. Part of the R.U.N. treaty, I will make it paramount that all nations have a Heavy Strike tactical weapon. Ragnarok, if you send this thing into the air if I make it, I'll pay you all the money I have for that turn.

Because you were all sa fast, here is an extra turn that I made instead of studying!

Turn XXI

HEADLINES:
URIST collapse!
With Gen. Itozov leaving with most of its money, URIST effectively collapsed yesterday. The territories that haven't been overrun by other states yet reverted to independence.

Bloodiest Battle of the Year Award decerned to NOD
The Brotherhood's "Operation Drift" got the "Bloddiest Battle of the Year Award". More than 50,000 soldiers died trying to land under heavy artillery fire.

Phantom sick
The leader of the GDI was infected while traveling in newly conquered Haiti. His stat of health is said to be stationnary.

Generalization of Rifle Tech promise increase in casualities
Laser Sight. Bullpup guns. Polymer bodies. Electronic Aim Correcting. What where once high-tech gadget, accessible only to the richest nations are now so commonplace that even african rebels are found equipped with it. Given the state of the world today, better weapons may not be a good news.

A private communique to the Ghostfang Brotherhood from the desk of CEO Morgan

Good day, sirs.  You appear to be doing well for yourselves over in Thailand, but how would you like to do better?  I wish to propose a research treaty between the two of us - I will give you money to be put into researching a specific technology of my choosing, and in return all you have to do is give me the tech that is produced on completion.  You get a technology you did not need to pay for, whilst my labs are freed for other types of research.

Of course, I realise there is a risk you may simply abuse my trust, take my money and not bother returning the cash.  If so, I shall likely delay retribution but it will cut off a long-term ally and source of funding.  Please bear this in mind when considering your future dealings with us.

If you are interested my research department will for the first year of this treaty instead of money forward you a free technology, of worth equivalent to $1000 to get you started up.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Wealth

Revenue: $800
Savings: $115

Construction: 1 Manual Turret in Sierra Leone; -$200
Buy-Out: Keep $100 back.  If Battle Accountancy is sufficient to drop Guinea's economy to 0, make a takeover bid.  Else, reserve the cash.
Research: Put $500 into Basic Economics, a program of education amongst the general populace and countless Morgan Industries staff to improve their understanding of the forces of supply and demand.  The hope is that this will raise the cap on investment in a country.

'Armies'

Battle Accountants continue disrupting the economy of Guinea by severely manipulating the raw materials market.

I don't have Cambodia listed, and as far as technology goes, was Guerrilla Tactics successful or do I need to put research into it again?  ((Better rifles which Phantom gave to me also isn't listed))

Also, yes, that will work Mr. Iituem

Sorry, I forgot Cambodia. As for the tech, no, you don't have it. It was a close call tough, so that's why I put that confusing text.

Are you sure you get Better Rifles? I'm asking, because if you do, it'll fall in the public domain, meaning everyone (including the AI) will get it.

Edit: Okay, he gave it to you. Well, goodbye Better Rifles!
