Proposal to Demonic Spoon and RAM, and Everyone:
Spoon, if you fork a few infantry units over in South America to RAM to help him get his economy back up, I'll give both of you...
Erm. Advanced Rifles or something? Bah, name a tech and I'll make it. That or just fork over some troops to everyone to get their fair share of South America.

How about some units to help him retake Southern Africa? I'd like the better rifles tech and the body armour tech please.

Other:

Offer asylum to the British Monarchy.
Gift two of our militias in Madgascar and our transport ship to RAM.

Proposal to Archangel:
Give me Basic Psy-Ops, and I will attempt to research Advanced Psy-Ops, turn the tables on Urist.
If you research some cheaper GDI Body Armor for my Militia (At least Medic level.) I will research tailor made NOD Combat Armor to link with your Laser rifles and such better.
OK, though I'll also research Advanced Psy-Ops.




Note to Sheb: I'm giving Phantom Basic Psy-Ops.

Hmph. There goes Demonic Spoon. I better spend some time fortifying and enriching my economy. That, if RAM allows me, I'll train 2 Militia in Africa to go get rid of some URIST owned land. Well, that's if I can train troops on other players land in the first place.
