Thirteenth (And a half) Turn

Breaking News
URIST, led by Russian General Sergei Izotov managed to launch one of the biggest undercover operations in history, Operation "Kick 'hem in the balls". Over three continent, more than 20 simultaneous upraising took places and thousands of rebels, armed with smuggled weapons, managed to liberate more than a dozen countries.

General Izotov himself just moved to Zambia, where the new URIST headquarter are being established.

Live from Lusaka

Gen. Itozov: And I'm proud to announce that today is the day when millions of people worldwide were freed from an abject dictatorship and given their freedom back. Much work still need to be done: we must fortify Turkey and Colombia, our biggest assets, we must organize our troops and equip new armies, and finally free our brothers across the world. But in truth I tell you: today the tide of dictatorship has fin a dike, and soon we will pump it out to where it belong, to history!

So that's what was afoot! You run to your headquarter and are relieved to learn that your home country didn't rebel. You know anxiously wait for your generals' report, while thinking of all the horrible things you're going to do to that Itozov!

Okay, on a sidenote, due to some plot event that I still need to invent, it is now much easier to invade neutral countries (Well, except for the likes of America and Germany, but I want to be able to create more NPC if I want.). Also, Phantom, Demonis Spoon, you may want to write new orders. :p

Apparently my Infantry Divisions in Japan were lost with no mention of them.

Phantom is outraged
"Well played Izotov, well played. I see you've managed to take over Costa Rica, despite taking care of the populace better than the original government. But I do applaud how you pacified Colombia for me, that man was a terrible dictator. And very, very good show for what you did to the Evil Empire. Despite as much as I want to, I cannot give you any of their troop movements, I have a sense of honor, unlike how you threaten your commanders with exiles to Siberia."

A message to all other empires.
"Seeing to what the URIST has done to your nations, I say another alliance is in order. Especially due to the alarmingly large amounts of infantry inside Africa."

Revenue: $1050
-$500 [Jump Jet Trooper Research,]
-$500 [Regulars, Japan.]
-$50  [Military Relief Funds.]

Government: Adopt a more liberal stance on everything except for Military and Police Regulation, which should be arch-conservative and moderate respectively.

Armies:
Destroyer, Panama, occupies Haiti. (Which is defenseless due to all the Cholera and Earthquake damage.]

I agree. URIST is too powerful to continue to live. A technology exchange may be in order, it could help bolster our weaker members, and give us an edge on URIST forces.

Actually, you were not unlucky, it's just that leaving most of your countries defenseless was... well, stupid.

Even a single militia in most of my countries would have taken tens of turns to pay for themselves, it simply wasn't possible. Stupid would have been defending them from non-existent rebellions. It is kind of amusing that I was not even the worst hit by this...
