Phantom: THIS IS YOUR 9 O'CLOCK ALARM CALL.
*Bangs the game on the counter, throws it up in the air and watches it plummet to the ground.*
Phantom: See, that is 100% dead.
Sheb: No wait! It was just waking up and you stunned it!
Phantom: Stunned!? Let me say to you again, IT. IS. DEAD.

Yes. He's held up three turns in a row, almost killing the game this time. GET RID OF HIM!

If this dies completely, would anybody mind if I create the next Countries at War? (Though I am thinking of mixing it up a bit.)

This game is a good idea that is poorly done. If you can make any changes it will be good.

I'm thinking of making the NPC states weaker, so that players can start killing each other faster. Any other suggestions?

Well, I’ve looked over the game.  I think most NPC’s should be weaker, but some should be stronger-maybe even launch counter attacks on anyone near their borders-creating high risk, high reward resource nodes-such as Saudi Arabia’s Oil, or Uranium in Namibia.

Also,  don’t constrain the tech-if someone wants battle squids or war mechs ala Red Alert…let them have it! Assuming they have enough resources and a lucky roll.

What do you think is wrong with it? I think the only problem this game has had is you.

I have a broad idea of what to do. NPCs will be really weak (except for certain ones, to increase the difficulty) Land units have a rock-paper-sicssors vibe to it (Armour beats infantry, infantry beats anti-amour/air, anti-armour/air beats armour) Air units are good for rushing, while sea combat relies a lot on combinded arms to cover each other's weaknesses. However, I will be waiting for this to die before I start mine, it wouldn't be all that fair otherwise.

EDIT: Hint, hint.

You can start another one now. Otherwise, I'll feel like I need to kill this one to be ale to play yours.

Anyway: Here it blows!

Fifth Turn

Breaking News: Is it the beginning of the end? Following the invasion of Greenland by Eh Candida, the US launched a massive counteroffensive. For the first time since "Simultaned Coup Days" has one of the Imperialist Powers been beaten back!
