Archangel, you'd need to research a cyborg tech. (I guess cyborg commando would need cyborgs) multi-missile would need a balistic tech (and a lot of research into efficiency to make it cheap enough to be worth it). You'd need a turrets tech to make a laser version of it. Obelisk of Light would need another laser tech, specially adapted for large fighters. As for stealth, well, that'd be a tech too.

But you can start researching laser tanks, planes or ships immediately.
OK. That still leaves:
Banshees
Subterranian Flame Tanks
Mobile Battle Fortress
Plasma Mobile Battle Fortress
Amphibious Plasma Mobile Battle Fortress

Also:
Obelisk of Light would need another laser tech, specially adapted for large fighters.
Huh? The Obelisk of Light is a big tower, so where did "large fighter" come from?

Does it come with option of the payee (potentially) me to prevent it from firing on myself for an indefinite (i.e. forever) period of time?  And maybe basic rocket science.
Well, that depends on your total donation. Any donation above 500 means that it will not fire upon you unless you make war on my nation, and every 500 above that allows you a single shot of the cannon, on top of any side-benefits, such as the aforementioned theft protection. basic rocketry could just mean you don't get a shot (unless you pay a minimum of 1500). Fully funding the project, of course, would pretty much mean that I wouldn't attack you, and take your side in any conflicts you may want our help with.

Tempting.  I may not be able to trust you not to use it on me afterwards, but we could do a technology exchange.  How much cash are you after?
How much are you willing to give me? oh, and the above deal applys. PM me for any specific things you want out of it.

Well, mostly plasma techs, digging techs, and as for the mobile fortresses.... How do they move?

Also, I meant Laser for large structures, not large laser, excuse me.

Hmmm, I take it the Destroyer I sent to Brunei was destroyed and wasn't successful?

Edit:  Did Vietnam get no benefit from the $200 I invested there?
That's from two turns ago now you never answered EITHER of those questions.

Recruitment

1 Unit of Light Tanks, recruited in Thailand

Investment

Invest $200 in Vietnam, to improve factory productivity.

You somehow forgot to invest money in Vietnam again as well as to give me the tanks in Thailand.  Also shouldn't both troops in Micronesia be ready to go now?

Edit:  Also the Militia should be un-entrenched.

Sorry. In orders: yes it failed, no, vietnam didn't get anything (because you rolled so low), and I somehow got confused why copy/pasting your tech list and forgot to add the tank. I'll fix it now.

There should be 1 entrenched militia in Madagascian Guiana there.

Why is it not there? And the army and research messages are still from last turn. Regular in Madagascian Guinea should no longer be resting.

Actions:

Finances:

Savings: 26
Revenue: +2559
Make 2 Commandoes in the Northern Province: -2080
Give USEC_OFFICER monies in exchange for military indoctrination: -300
Invest in Bolivia's economy: -205
Savings: 0

Army:

1 Regular in the Northern Province unentrenches.

YES! I....

Wait.

The army of 3 infantrys fail, while the one expected to die wins spectatualy? You do know how to surpirse.

Edit: Bleh, I'm leaving Stwiz alone for now. But mark my word, I will return.

Edit 2: Heres my turn:

Name: The New Roman Empire
Leader: Alexander Julius
Revenue: 1800$
Money: 0$
Territories:
-Italy (500$/turn): 7 Regulars (2 Ent., 3 Resting), 2 Bunkers
-Slovenia (50$/turn): 1 Regulars
Other: "Friends of America": 1300$/turn, 7 turns left.
Techs:
-Gauss I

Armies: One Regular returns to Italy. Everyone in Italy entrenches. We will need all our forces to repel this attack from Archangle.

Recruitment: Recruit 6 militia in Slovenia as a fall back in case Italy and Rome falls. Also hire a mercenary in Italy. Alexander Julius (A.K.A. Me) will take part in the battle for Italy. Fight valiantly my soldiers!

Resreach: Drastically cut the recearch departments funds, and give them 200$ to try and an effective way to use Scorched Earth Tactics (Burning lost territory so the worth to the enemy is heavly decreased), saying that if they don't NOD will kill us if we don't train soldiers like hell.
