Training disease resistance

I've noticed that the Danger Room will train all my dwarves to be superdwarvenly tough/strong/agile, but will NOT increase their resistance to disease.

Considering 'not getting infections' is kinda important for the people who get beat up all the time, is there any semi-safe way to train them to resist disease?
