What do you think is the best line?
It can be the best in any way, be it saddest, or most anger-inducing, the just the most awesome.

My favorite line is from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann

Also, any other shounen catchphrase is pretty awesome in that the annoyingness will leave you in awe.

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the iconic final message of every episode of Cowboy Bebop.

Hm... I can't really think of any particularly quotable quotes from an actual anime character though.
