The Escapist suspended me for a week for "advocating piracy".
The post cited:
Quote from: me
One of the main reasons I pirate is to spite the "MY OPINION IS A FACT AND YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON FOR NOT BEING LIKE ME" dickheads that seem to represent 99% of the anti-piracy community.

The other is to have an effective demo and benchmark, as explained many times before, which never seems to get through the opposition's apparently very thick skulls.
I'm still not sure where I'm advocating anything to anybody, I was simply stating my reasons for my stance on the subject matter. Now "download as a demo" is a fairly common position that nobody got banned for so I guess somebody took offense to having his side called shortsighted(which is a lot nicer then what they call us, which is apparently ok because the guy saying "everybody defending crime here is a scumbag who should be shot" is still active). Enough offense to completely ignore their own three strikes policy as well as their own guidelines as to what is bannable and what is not(this isn't).

So the main lolwat is how somebody with a massive hard on for rules has such an easy time breaking their own when the other side isn't in a position to retaliate.

They don't prevent non-members from viewing Zero Punctuation and Unskippable(their ad revenue would crumble) so I guess all the ban did was save me from a contamination with large doses of Stupid and Hypocrisy.

While I was at work today a woman came up with 15 cases of Heineken, 7 cases of Stella Artois (WTF? what kind of woman drinks wifebeater?), 4 packs Huggies, a box of baby food and 2 litres of milk. When I informed her of the price she said she'd have to put some of it back, she then proceeded to put back the baby food, milk and nappies :\

Gotta give her some respect for knowing where her priorities are.

Took less than that, though it took about a month for the Point-and-click simple solution to emerge.

I know it's unrealistic, but I can't help but imagine little bearded babies for dwarves. In my mind, they come out of the womb fully bearded. That's how the mother carries them around, too, she just drags them around by the beard or ties it to her belt. When the father's on duty, he just ties their beards together and the baby just kind of hangs there, swinging to and fro with Urist McDaddy's movements.
