Health screen crash

When using the health screen to look at a dwarf's medical history everything works just fine except on one dwarf who rather than disclose his medical records crashes the game. Any ideas?

Any choice you make in Dwarf Fortress is implicitly preceded by the thought, "Ok, so other than magma, my problem could be solved by..."
