Bob is a beast king class tiger. He's more intimidating than you think.
You sense your countrymen behind you, then close your book after finishing the chapter you were on. You stand up, then turn to the group.
You: "I assume you're all stronger by now?"
Jacob: "We're stronger, but how will we take down the gangs that are actually strong?"
You: "We've got some people to pick up that can take care of that."
Jacob: "You can't mean-"
You: "Aklyon, Criptfiend, Evergod, and The Janitor."
Jacob: "I knew it, we're all gonna die!"
You go off to town disregarding their complaints. They follow along in an attempt to stop you. The Janitor is waiting for you, and welcomes you as his new leader. Evergod is with Criptfiend, the shark is no longer dead and carved up, and can now fly and breathe air. Criptfiend bows to you, and managed to not call you his adversary. Evergod shows what you assume to be a sign of respect.
You and your countrymen rush off to collect your left hand man. You catch Aklyon actually fighting the gangs for once, apparently he's got too many reagents to bother getting more. He strikes them down with a blast of ice, then blows up the ice with a small, exploding sphere of some sort.
Aklyon: "Oh, buddy! Those things you asked for are done!"
You: "Good. I have something to talk about."
Aklyon: "Okay, come on in for tea, my friends are here!"
You sit down, and two other people are with Aklyon. You explain the situation to Aklyon, then the three of them agree to help.
You teleport your ragtag group of countrymen to the top of a skyscraper. You use Pulse Sensor in a reverse sense, you send out a shockwave to attract the attention of others. You send a telepathic message throughout the city.
Message: "We are the Omega Clan. This city has fallen, we are here to reclaim it, and restore order to this forsaken place! We will crush anyone who wishes to oppose this restoration, so come as you will!"
An uproar begins immediately, and the coming wave of gangs could easily overpower a fallen one.

Evolved skills are maxed at level 10.
