This is pretty much the limits our human self can reach. We'll solve that little problem in the major update, don't worry. For now we can reach level 5 in any class skill we have, but we'll never get past the basic level Gray Baron.
You feel like a weight was just lifted off of your shoulders. You take a step and you're... 50 meters away from where you were? You can't figure out what happened. You didn't use Teleportation... You take a few more steps and eventually get the hang of it. You try to practice Force Blast, but that felt bizarre, too... sharper, faster, deadly. You try again, and again until you can differentiate this... sharp power from the regular blunt power you've been using. You feel like you're about to grasp something, but you can't quite tell what that something is.

You can send stable energy in a strong piercing force.
Mind Read - stage 5
We can make out what people within 100 meters of us are thinking.
We can handle the constant stream of thoughts.
We can select whose mind we read.
Telepathy - stage 2
You can communicate to people with your mind. You can easily communicate with those you know.
Teleport - stage 5
We can easily use this as a form of long range movement.
We can easily teleport things over three times our size and weight.
Quick Step
An explosive form of teleportation you can use to quickly jump short distances. Not easily controlled, more convenient for fights.
Pulse Sensor - stage 3
You can send out a pulse in a 100 meter sphere to sense your surroundings.
You can now distinguish what is human, and what is not.
You now passively organize all the information this power sends to you.
All skills are maxed out at 100. After reaching 100 you can evolve the skills, like in UNDERGROUND!! this essentially resets the skills entirely, but if you max out an evolved skill then Random.org will never be used in determining the outcome of an action that uses that skill ever again. Evolved skills are maxed at level 10.

We've discovered our new powers, and can just barely tell them apart from our old ones. By stage 2 in each that will change, but because you guys got all these new things to play with I won't accept skill grinding for another game week, or two.
The difference between Force Blast and Force Tap, is that if you use Force Blast on a wall that wall will collapse into rubble, while using Force Tap on it will result in a hole forming where you aimed at straight through the building and anything in between.
breadbocks: We can throw more than one at time, we just can't control the stable energy that well yet. It's likely that we'll end up causing an explosion if we try now.
nbonaparte: We can teleport a few miles at a time, intercontinental travel is for after the Teleportation evolution.
