Your BrainHex Class is Seeker.

Your BrainHex Sub-Class is Seeker-Conqueror.

Well, the results make sense if you think about what's brought us all here. Dwarf Fortress, and to a lesser note, Liberal Crime Squad.

Seekers like myself play DF to discover the stories and wonders brought about by worldgen. Survivors play DF to try and defeat it, somthing that they simply cannot do, so it remains a challange forever. Daredevils play DF for the thrill of knowing the death of your adventurer or fort could be at hand, and you need to act fast so that you may prevent it. Achievers are those of us who play DF and make megaprojects, setting our own goals to overcome in a game where you have extremely high potential for creativity and success. Masterminds play DF for the strategy of keeping a fort alive, to ensure the dwarves have everything they need through their planning. They'd likely also make up most of the modders. As for Socializers....well, there's a reason we haven't had a single one yet, but if we do I'd place them as those of us who do bloodline forts and community games.

@MSH: That seems to make alot of sense. I mean, I worked on Bloodfist on a whim to make a megaproject, and I developed my masterminding in it too after plenty of trial and error to make myself able to finish the project. At least 6 reclaims, I think.

Probably the fastest I ever truly learned how to play DF.

EDIT:
I just remembered, I even added an unlocked achievement thing on the project thread and achievement unlocked thread. Fulfilled, of course.

@MSH: Yea, that just goes to show that Dwarf Fortress appeals to quite a variety of playstyles.

Personally, I like to mess around with projects, although I haven't played DF for a while. Waiting for some bugfixes I guess, dunno. I hear the issue where dwarves don't respect bedroom assignments has been fixed though.

What about Conqueror?

Psychoanalyze me!
Oh, I forgot that one. I'd say that Conqerors enjoy the simple slaughter of your enemies in DF, the triumpth over them through your actions as player over DF's limited abilities. In short, the type of person who would redirect the Great Magma Sea to the surface just to see the goblins and elves...and humans....and kolbolds....and less than fortunate dwarves.....and wildlife....and plants....and anything else flamable burn.

Socializer is a bit higher than it probably should be for mine, IMO anyway.

Seems to fit. I love tribes-style games for their speed and I loved beating the Colossi in SotC.
