I'm having issues getting my dwarfs to do what they're told. I'm using dwarf therapist. Things were working fine through the first two seasons, now many of them keep setting to "no job" even though I have things set that they should be doing.
For instance, my miners don't want to mine. (It's autumn now, and until recentyl everybody was doing as told, btw.) I have a few rooms and stairs designated to be mined out, but the miners sit in their rooms or the meeting hall, and it says they have "no job". However, if I designate a couple spots to mine near them, they'll run over and dig those, before going back to no job without digging out everything else. I tried undesignating and redesignating, but that didn't work.
Another dwarf I have only the Stonecrafting and doctoring skills set. Nobody has yet been hurt, so I want him to make stonecrafts. He was doing it fine for months, but now he won't no matter what I do. He says "no job". I had set him as broker in anticipation of the traders. Idk if that had anything to do with it (brokers aren't supposed to be "lazy") but I turned it off just in case. Nothing.
The same is true with several other dwarfs. This is a big problem, since I only have fifteen, 3 are military, and only four or five are doing any work.
One weird thing that happened before this started, that may or may not be relevant: I noticed a bunch of dwarves hauling things back and forth to my food stockpile, including dwarves who had hauling jobs turned off, like my miners. They were definitely hauling, not eating, too. I got a bunch of errors saying "Hauling job cancelled, item unreachable " or drop-off inaccessible or something like that while it went on.
