Yep that is a good offer, if you can find someone who is willing to do it. Don't pay too much attention to the money value for an item, it's not a particularly good indicator of what something will trade for.

What's the going rate on masks? I've got some spare weapons, crates and metal to go with my rather poor luck in finding presents. My backpack is here. I would like to trade for any masks I don't yet have, but want to hang onto my spare spy mask ('cause spy mask is best mask).

Besides from that, I'm always willing to exchange non-vintage weapons on a 1:1 ratio, on the purpose of trading away weapons of one class for ones  of another class so I can use them in crafting.

If you want to get them from the trade thread on the steam forums you can generally find them fairly easily for 1 scrap each. You will see a lot of people trying to sell them for 2 scrap though. You can also find people in-game who will trade a mask for a single weapon.

Best bet would be to trade cheaply for any masks until you have 9 then trade your duplicates 1 for 1 for the remaining masks you need.
