Roll to Dodge - WWII now! Need Players
« on: September 30, 2010, 07:57:31 pm »

Mr. Evil and zombies. All I have to say. Well actually you've just been drafted into the AZC (Anti Zombie Corp) during the middle of a zombie apocalypse. Also, everyone has a backpack with 50 slots and $150. Credits to RandomNumberGenerator for armory

Rule 0: Dice Masters word is law.

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

1. You need to make ammo take up less slots. 5 rounds per slot? Is 25 rounds as big as a rifle?

2. More ammo types. Having .10 is not that realistic.

3. I have never seen a car worth $150 dollars, and doubt that even rust-bucket plane go as low as $200

It's a game, but maybe I'll make it take up less anyway.

It's an armory for the recruits. It doesn't have all the guns or ammo.

Again, it's a game, and I wanted to make it available to players willing to pool resources. Besides, it's a zombie apocolypse and there are plenty of cars and planes from people/companys that don't need them anymore. Also, money is worth more and/or stuff is worth less.

Yes. But don't put pressure on yourself, make it simple. Rifle ammo, SMG ammo, etc. No need for caliber sizes.

Anyways, it's the beginning of the zombie apocalypse?

More towards the middle.

Edit : Also, don't expect rolls every day though.

I buy a car.
People can ride in it if they want, but it is polite to buy some gasoline, a weapon, and/or some ammo for the owner if you intend to do so...
Please announce if you are getting a weapon for me so that I don't end up with a dozen pistols and a mound of SMG Ammo...

I buy 2 rifles, 2 boxes of rifle ammo, and 1 grenade.

How many slots do we have?

Also, here's a map.

50 slots. See OP. Hope this image works. In case it doesn't, the Town of Aluitia (only town on your map) is 15 miles from the AZC Main Base.

Oh yeah, map, you will need to upload it to somewhere like imageshack and post a link to where they host it from.

Game Event : You walk through the main AZC base and go to the contracts board. The AZC uses contracts by anyone (townsmen, farmers, etc) to destroy Mr.Evils zombie army (Mr. Evil himself was captured once he released the zombies). However, the AZC calls you to complete a contract that hadn't been done for years because of the reward : danger ratio. Danger : Lots of mutated zombies. Reward : hats. You all jump in, and drive about 5 miles to get there, using about half a gallon of gas. Yay. Also, can you specify how many gallons you want to get? Inteuniso, that is $220 of stuff. You only have $150.

Look more closely at the contract.

(And is it three gallons for $10? I bought only $10 worth, so I still have $50 left, I think.)
