Mayor that is not reelected still has a "Demand&quo

When you go to the [v] and [p] and then [z] screen on my ex-Mayor (now just a legendary blacksmith), he still has his mandate for a Lay pewter throne in Dining room.

Also, I know for sure this next one is reported many times over but I'll take the time to type it out once again: I can't assign a room for my mayor unless he is a legendary dwarf!
