Skills which don't have professions

I don't remember if I've seen this reported on the boards or elsewhere (maybe it's even been fixed by now?), but there are certain skills without professions -- wood cutters don't become Carpenters, I believe, and building designers don't become Masons.

Seige operators dont become anything either.

I think dedicated siege operators should become part of the military - to avoid the "siege operator running scared of goblins behind the fortification" -effect.

They don't have professions.  Wood cutters aren't carpenters, and building designers (who can use any material) aren't masons.  There could be additional professions for these skills, as well as a few of the others.

Although dwarves with those two professions come with Architecture or Wood Cutting labors enabled by default.

It's a bit of an inconsistency, but no biggie.
