He has punched an old lady across the street just before appearing there, though, so his beard crashed into BSOD, last backup for it being a pretty short beard from when he had to kill cats one by one.
Background: a roaming pied mechanic, who had destroyed entire fortresses by luring their cats into drowners with his magic lever. Exists in his own 100-FPS high priority computation bubble, so he has an overwhelming speed advantage in cat-infested areas.
