This looks pretty cool, Megaman 2 is my absolute favorite 8-bit game. I'll watch it.

When you do three, start out with Magnetman-Topman-Shadowman. I couldn't beat Topman's stage without the Mag missile, and you NEED the Topspin(To use it, jump, while in air, shoot.) to beat Shadowman. Shadowman's weapon is the second best in the game, just barely behind the Needle cannon. Magnetman probably has the easiest stage, and it is rather straightforward. Use his missile to kill the damn giant cats, and knock Topman off with a few P-shooter shots. Be fairly liberal with the Mag missiles in Shadowman's stage, and topspin him to death ASAP if you don't have a death wish. This should have you set for MM3.

Nah, I never died once in the rest of the level (I think). I died once or twice falling down being chased by the dragon and the rest of the times I fell down after being hit by him once. Mega Man's knockback is kind of harsh and enough to make you fall down from one block.
Also, Part 10 and Part 11 are uploaded.

Which is exactly why you stand on the top block; you fall down to the block below it.
