Set factory control to off, then in the resulting confusion, begin shooting down as many people as I can with my rifle, respond to fuzzie's message and say tell him to SHOOT TO KILL!.

I head to factory control. I attempt to convert any personnel in my way to The Path of True Suicides. As it turns out, the best afterlife awaits those who aren't afraid to reach it as quickly as possible.

I do a barrel roll behind some cover, from where I take out the baffled guard with some quick shots out of my laser pistol.

It then displays what appears to be the status of four reactors: They are all about to overcharge and are releasing gases. Some of which appear flammable. Two guards appear and fire their pistols.

Get on a hill or anywhere with a good field of fire, then continue to provide FF while being friendly with the guards (I'm the friendly kind of guy).

Auto-gun down the guards, take out my knife, and run like hell, knifing people on the way back out at whenever possible.  Also find a jet-pack and fly heroically to safety.

I head for an aircraft hangar, look for the biggest gunship I can find, convince the crew that their lives were a lie, and that I can bring them enlightenment if they switch sides.

Exit the factory, trying to stay out of the fight.
Then, radio the rest of the squad in the factory and inform them of the poison.
