What happens if you put a black hole in a bag of holding?

What happens if you put a black hole in a bag of holding?

Black hole disappears and the bag is ruined.

I am not even making this up, that is what happens by the rules.

Edit: Unless we are talking micro black holes that weigh less then a certain amount.

There appears to be a max to the weight one can put into a bag of holding. A micro black hole would have another problem: how are you going to get it out again?

The next inevitable question is: what happens if you put a bag of holding with a black hole in it, into another black hole.

I also would like to know what happens when you put wormholes into teleporters.

Purely scientific answers please. With links to paper in Nature, prefferably.

ignoring questions abaut bags of holding as those do not have real answers.

black hole+ black hole = bigger black hole.
wormhole+ wormhole = wormhole with 3 exits
wormhole + teleporter = BSOD on computer controlling the teleporter, no change to wormhole

What happens if you turn a Bag of Holding inside-out?

Not true. (Also you then follow it with transporters? What?)

A micro black hole would have another problem: how are you going to get it out again?

Same way you get it out of a bag.

what happens if you put a bag of holding with a black hole in it, into another black hole.

The same thing as if you throw a small weight into a black hole.

What happens if you turn a Bag of Holding inside-out?

It stops holding and everything spills out.

I assumed transporters were one of those scan-make-copy-destroy-original ones that don't actually use exotic physics and may or may not actually be just killing you.

What happens if you turn a Bag of Holding inside-out?
Everything that was inside the bag of holding pops out, while simultaniously drawing the universe inside of the bag.
This angers the RNG, so he destroys you by having a giant anvil appear above your head, forcing you into a pit lined with poisoned spikes and killer ants of death.

A gnome with a wand of death is also involved, somehow.

Actually, I forget which way Bags of Holding work. Are they enchanted so that they have more volume on the inside than they should, or are they a portal to a pocket dimension?

Okay, for bags of holding, the SRD says that they act as portals to a "nondimesional space".  Overloading it or stabbing it with something sharp (from inside or outside) ruins it and all contents are "lost forever".  Turning it inside out spits out everything in there, but doesn't harm the contents or the bag (except that the bag stops working until you turn it right side out again).  And putting a portable hole into a bag of holding, or vice versa, tends to destroy both with everything inside (and possibly everything within a 10-foot radius) by tearing open a rift to the Astral Plane.

Man, why do I find all of this shit fascinating?  (There's whole threads on some of the physics-breaking crap you can pull with D&D's Wondrous Items.  Ring Gates in particular can produce some interesting effects.)

Well specifically what was inside the bag of holding isn't EXACTLY lost forever, but it is as good as lost forever because it gets transported to a place that NO suppliment has EVER mentioned.

Well, according to Steven Hawkings this weekend, there are billions of worm holes all around us. They're smaller than atoms and part of the space-time fabric as a physical entity, like a weave of light.

The classic paradox is, if a man created a wormhole and used it to kill himself before he killed himself, would he of killed himself?

The answer is no. If you've ever been to a live rock band, you'll recognise the screeching sound caused by feedback.
Same thing happens when matter is put through a wormhole, causing radiation instead of sound.

So, if a cube enters a wormhole, it causes radiation.
If a wormhole enters a wormhole... Divide by 0, anyone?

Whilst on the subject... What happens if a wormhole appears half-way on the edge of my brook? FFF-

I like to think of the whole time travel paradox thing to have a solution of creating an alternate universe in which such circumstances will be possible. Simply, time travel doesn't exist, but instead operates by generating a new universe and walking into a specified time frame (you know, copy a timeline/history, choose your one-way entry point (Chronoordinates), and go from there). No paradoxes are formed, and a new reality is anchored; yet it still follows standard time procedure. Such things can allow for duplicates to exist in the same space without giving God a headache.

I like to consider them carbon-copy universes, or a xerox-verse. Just consider the kill off like hitting the abort button and drawing in the rest of "your" role yourself.
