Glacier maps

The glacier is beautiful and theoretically provides an easy way to create a standing cloud of steam. But many glacier effects are still problematic - for example, if a lava flow turns glacier under a building to river (as in my poor trade depot), the building doesn't collapse.

I've created a bug report for the buildings.  What are the other problems?

Mostly cosmetical - created river/mud never freezes, water can't be flooded over glaciers and standard fluid problem in interaction with channels:

beginning (. glacier, _ channel):

Plus I got the classical endless pattern-flood that happens when a door is closed on a flood to happen with magma. Kind of funny seeing dwarves open door and try to run down the hallway dodging magma. And failing horribly.   :(

A lot of these flow problems are really going to need a Z coord in dwarf mode...  or it will just end up being a laundry list of special cases.
