You receive a call from Alice, she seems excited. She informs you of a gang full of promising potential bodyguards. She informs you they have an abundance of weapons we could use.
You tell Logan to get his coat and take him out on his first job. You arrive at the area the gang meets at frequently, and wait for Alice who arrives a few minutes later.
You tell Logan to go convince them to join our family, the gang doesn't seem to take too kindly to him at first, but a quick bullet to the foot from you gets them to be a little more cooperative. After they hear Logan out they come over and ask what they need to do to become part of the family. You initiate them the same way you were(something I meant to write, but didn't have the patience for) and tell them the address of your home.

You decide that the next course of business would be to cut all ties with your fiance. You bring Alice and Logan with you since they're right next to you. You drive to your old apartment and break down the door with what little Muay Thai you know.

After shooting the mystery cheat you tell Logan and Alice to search for the ring leaving as few prints as possible. Logan finds it after a bit of trouble and you make your way back to the mansion. You're looking forward to the morning news.

After laughing at the morning news you show Logan the computer. He frowns at how low-tech it is, but begins setting up a business to produce income regardless. Alice hasn't informed you of any missions, so you're free for the next few days. What should you do?

We have a week of game time before new missions are available. You can train a skill, or have Logan train a skill. Other than that you can do just about any random thing you want, that isn't suicidal. Logan just set up a small business for us that will produce $4000.00 daily, so the money we lost on the suit and guns will come back.

I'll post the updated skills in the next update. We haven't seen what skills our new family members have, but I'm hinting at them with the inventory update.
Also I forgot to note that the farmhands still work for Lance, so we don't have to pay them. We're more like a manager until we buy them off of Lance, which we can't currently afford.

how do we know what should be trained if don't know stats?

All your stats are below 20. The max of any stat for you is 50.
Logan has 20 negotiation and 10 mob mentality now.
Freed's skills are the same as the last skill update +1 Muay Thai.

You don't need to just train. You can do any random thing you want that doesn't result in suicide right now.

Since none of the voices you've been hearing lately have suggested anything else you deem it best to improve mechanics for an entire week. There's not much to say really, you just sort of fix things... Oh well.

You have Logan send out a call to the new members of the family while you prepare the "tools."
An hour later Logan brings the first one in. You have him swear the pledge with a blood contract. You cut his thumb and he presses it onto the contract sheet you conveniently ordered for just such an occasion. The other twelve gang members successfully complete the initiation. You immediately take notice to their lack of a suit and rush off with them to rectify the situation.
You arrive at the suit store and become mesmerized by a black 4 piece suit, with a deep blue lace tie. Lace... LACE!!! Lace is better than cotton. You must acquire this new suit, you buy one for Logan as well. You have the gang choose suits and hats, advising them to remove their ear piercings. You leave the store with your new LACE!!! tie.
You get a call from Logan. He seems displeased with the quality of your computer and says he rush ordered the best one $4000 could get him the day he made the business. You have your young wards carry it to the trunk of your car and tell them to go back to the mansion with you. You have them replace the computer which. surprisingly, they do with ease.
Now what, you wonder to yourself.

This is their current skill set, you don't technically have to take missions, but if you want to get the next batch you have to. Missions don't disappear either, meaning you can have them train a skill while you and Logan/Alice/both go take care of business.
