The planet has enough water, just not enough freshwater, but okay whatever, we can do that.

SCANNING:

Mmm, well there seems to be some water in the frozen form on the ICE PLANET Hades and some water on one of Thrinacia's moons, also in the frozen form, and some on some comets that're you know, like cruising around and stuff.

Tell Legion to construct some "vibrating" shovels(I lack the proper term) and wheelbarrows and start creating more swampland. Dump the excess dirt into the oceans.

Umm, whoops, it seems I forgot to rewrite part of the turn when I rewrote it. Added in the missing bit as seen below.

Have thems tart crop. Also, comets are freshwater, so more comet= more freshwater.

Build HUGE mirror in orbits to boil the ocean and creat more fresh water.

And I concede to your logic on comets.

You remember that the ARCHIMEDES STYLE DEATH RAY is basically a bigass mirror and decide to use that instead, while also constructing ANOTHER ARCHIMEDES STYLE DEATH RAY.

Have them start crops I meant. Use the genetic facility to create crops that grow really fast. A invent some tree that grows tart, so that my previous sentece make sense.

Also scan the planet for any untaped aquifer that we can us for MOAR WATER!
