BLOBIUM:

A completely useless material that is extremely hard to manufacture. Does not occur naturally. Used as currency within the BLOP EMPIRE.

TRANSPORT CRAFT:

TRANSPORTS are made at a SPACECRAFT FACTORY, they are only suited for short voyages such between two moons of the same planet or between a planet and it's moon. Can carry up to 50 passangers. Uses HYDROGEN as FUEL.

Supplies: Are free basically a nice random event. I was getting bored of mucking around on the moon.

On the smaller moon, we already have power there so it should be relatively simple to expand our operations. We could simply catapult resources planetside should the need arise

Some names I thought up last night (after shutting down my computer, whoops) for the other planets in the system:

Mercury like planet: Kettle.
Gas giant: Goliath.
Ice planet: Brink.

Anyway, I vote to land the supplies on the small moon.
