It doesn't seem to do anything, it seems that was just some nonessential programs like your media player and your tie straightener etc.

look for any .ovrd files in C: (I made up an extension for the overrides, if they're actually in a file and not just hardcoded.)

Okay, obviously the blobs are idiots and hid the loyalty override in either the Stuff folder or the Program Files folder instead of the System folder where I'd put it, since not even a class A moron would delete the System folder. Let's see if they're really stupid and are hiding it in the Stuff folder and not the Program Files folder.
