I change my vote to Atlas. It is indeed a better name.

A secure location is somewhere underground on one of the moon. Somewhere where we can stand EM Blast, explosion, lasers and the like. Also, do it as a back-up, so that Athena is still ruling from Atlas. That way the underground computer can stay secret.

I think we should take water from the large moon and take it to the small moon. So Pandora will be dry and Ioria will be moist. Bear people will be the Crimson Lance.
