Lmao, awesome reference! And while it's true that all the bearpeople at the settlement OWL landed at are dead there are other settlements on the same continent and outpost of bearpeople on the other continents.

Wait, are all of HOPE's ressources and Drones for us or not? If not, how much do we get?

Also, as far as instructions goes, I think we all agree that short-term priority is to crank up the economy as much as possible. So basically, have owl dig and build mine. For power, look if there's a nearby stream for hydropower. Have our construction drones expand mining on the moons. If one of the location run out of new vein to mine, use Athena to scan it. Once we get the all-purpose Drones, send 2 to each continent, and one to help Owl.

As for medium term goals, I think we should first build some kind of back-up for our AI (Another satellite or an underground facility, and start setting up an early-warning system in case of NON BLOBs attack. A few large satellites in orbit around the sun should do, but it may be a godd idea to send a few hundreds simples probes in a sphere around the system: basically small radar who send a single, simple signal when they detect anything.

Another medium term goal should be to settle other planets for more ores and setting up a small military.

I'd like to present 3 more blueprint:

AP shell: The magrail make for a great weapon, but using it as a shotgun is only useful against unarmored foes like the Spacebat. For use against spaceship, we need some better ammo, and that's it: basically a Tungsten or other heavy, hard material arrow inside a softer, copper or iron shell. Upon impact, the shell melt, lubrificating the arrow and allowing it to pierce any armor.

AP Drone: A variant of the AP Shell, the AP drone replace the arow of the AP shell by a combat drone. Although the drone must be made of really sturdy material (Tungsten alloys are a minimum) it must still be launched slower than the AP shell if you don't want the drone to shatter upon entry. As a consequence, it is less effective as piercing very heavy armor as the AP shell, but can be used to board ships.

Global Warming Drone: An effective way to make the planet's atmosphere hotter, darker and wetter (since more heat mean more evaporation) is to release large amount of soot into it. This simple drone is design to do just that. When launched, it look like a small propeller-powered aircraft. Upon finding an exposed coal vein, the nose of the aircraft detach itself and turn on its rocket engine, allowing it to gather the speed needed to burrow deep into the coal vein and detonate incendiary rounds there. The rest of the plane land over the hole dug by the nose and use the propellers to fan the fire, gathering energy from the difference of temperature between the atmosphere and the burning coal.
