Not much. Nothing of any real practical use to a colonizer on the frontier. And the little that would be of practical use is beyond your capabilities to create.

Alright. Just thinking ahead here. There are plenty of raw materials to construct complex stuff like electronics later on.

Try to scan for more info about the bear-like sentient. If our scanners are not powerful enough, we should build a small probe to go spy on them.

That way, if we manage to understand their language, we could take over their civs and use them as slave labor later on.

Scanners are not advanced enough to gain more information about sentients on planet. No facilities to build or launch probes currently exist. Confirm orders to build automated mine and magrail?

Well, okay, built one copper/gold mine (for circuitry) and one more iron mine (we'll need more iron than copper). Then, magrail.

Cannot build another automated mine on same iron vein.

Magrail requires 2000 iron, 1000 copper and will consume 500 power per day. Commence construction of drones as soon as resources allow? New drones cannot tunnel, or fly. They are also not as skilled as the original drone and somewhat cruder. No firepower to defend against wild animals. You may upgrade the drone factory to produce better and different types of drones, even drones of your own design. This will cost 2000 iron and 3000 copper. The gold we discovered is underground, it needs to dug out before it can be exploited.

Cannot contact it until it reaches the solar system and disengages ftl drive. We only noticed it because of disturbances in *technobabble* as it got near to the system. Extrapolating from the disturbances we have determined that is is probably a ship that is probably headed here.

Build more solar panels, all the while scan the moon for more iron. Start constructing a basic drone (It'll be used for developing the moon colony while Owl is sent to Attica.)
If you find another iron vein, build one more mine.


Also, I suggest all drones get this basic piece of software hardcoded into them.
