Is this game even getting any updates anymore?

The test server is still being tweaked, and J&L are pushing updates on it, but the play server is not receiving the same updates yet, because they will likely herald world 4.

I played H&H for over two months, and greatly enjoyed it; but the stagnation and lack of updates to resolve teh obvious and annoying problems grated on me greatly, and I finally abandoned it.  I've been waiting for the updates to be released, even if it means having to start again in a new world; I'm just tired of having the same limitations and annoyances bug me every time I log on.  So I'll continue to scan the forum and this thread until someone gives me some good news.

I got jumped whilst tracking some thieves, and am now dead. Having me run a village will be problematic, as I am a corpse.

wellllll shit.... I wondered why you haven't been on, I'll send you my hearth secert if you want and you could respawn in the village?

wait a sec, then how's the village still here?  And how do I take control?

The village won't disappear unless someone destroys it. Can't destroy it unless authority<50k. To take control, all you need is to get the Lawspeaking skill, right click the idol, and take the Become Lawspeaker option.

Have they gotten real, dedicated servers yet? The hosting from home connection was reeeeally bad for a game of that size.

Would also like to know when the next new world comes up, since going in midway through a world makes it damn near impossible to get established.
