Wait, was typing when 7 came in.  Didn't mean to ninja, so if you want 7 man, go for it.
That's why in every fast-filling community or succession game you reserve post before writing the details ^_^

!!Elves!! would actually be kinda cool as a civ symbol.  !!Clowns!!, however, you get the impression they're on fire of their own free, malicious, evil, will.

Also, much scarier if literally clowns.

TURN 0 – STRIKE THE EARTH

No name for the fortress or group was chosen, but the randomly generated ones fit perfectly. The National Standard will found the fortress of Webpaged!

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Here are all the dwarves, their skills and equipment. If your choices cost too few or too many points they have been slightly changed, but nothing major.

Here are images (big!) of all relevant z-levels of the embark, from lowest to highest:

And here is a smaller picture of the wagon and the dwarves:

Below is a unit screen; as you can see, Chychi Goldenwhip has been elected expedition leader and will get to appoint nobles. Also, you got a free horse!

And finally a status screen:

So, dwarves, what do you do in the Spring of 151? Post your orders!

I'm a novice at playing DF, so some people may need to help me when it comes to priorities.  Here's a basic list, from most important to least important, of what I want Squeaky doing:

  • Join the militia and defend against a siege.
  • Assist dwarves that are under attack.
  • Construt a single Carpenter's workshop.
  • Produce beds until we have one for every dwarf.
  • Produce doors if a room is being designated.
  • Produce buckets, containers, etc. if there is a need for them.
  • Produce training weapons if a militia is formed (with most favored weapon).
  • Fell trees.
  • Haul wood.
  • Haul else.

Everyone think that'll suffice?

FIVEX

Near  the wagon, dig out this:

z0:
>
>
>
z-1:
<>|||>-DDD
<>|||>-DDD
<>|||>-DDD
z-2
<---<|III
<---<|III
<---<|III

Key:
<: Upwards ramp generated from channeling from above
>: Channel this tile
|: Wall
-: Mine this tile
D: Downwards staircase
I: Up/down staircase
My plan is that eventually someone should put floor hatches that are controlled by levers above the second upramp.
Anyways, after you get done mining that, mine out a storage room underneath the up/downstaircases(Obviously connected via u/d staircases). If you encounter any bituminous coal/lignite, mine the vein and then mine out an area for all the furnaces and a metalsmith's forge.
Then start hauling.

Chychi Goldenwhip

  • Assign Brisk Bindurn as Webpaged's broker
  • Assign Chychi Goldenwhip as Webpaged's bookkeeper & manager
  • Issue an order for a wooden chair to be crafted and built somewhere near the location the miners start making the fortress entrance
  • Claim  the wooden chair
  • Issue furtrer work orders as needed
  • Update the records to lowest precision

If a migrant arrives with record keeper skill trained, assign him/her as bookkeeper. If a migrant arrives with any medical skills trained (but mainly diagnostician), assign him/her to the position of Chief medical Dwarf.

Reserving a spot for the next immigrant wave. (I'll have to see what their skills are before I can come up with a name/idea)

I suggest the fortress name
 Boulderbank

and I'll take a dwarf. Make him/her cook meals, forever, and farm if ingredients cannot be had.
