Maybe use Paint.NET? Don't know if its mac compatible (there should be a mac compat version, given its popularity), but its free.

Otherwise, I don't know of any.

Dang, thought there would be a mac compatible version. You probably should google (in real life) it as that may be your best bet. I really don't know anything about mac compatible MSPaint-like programs.
