Kill and eat my Evil master to absorb their power, then I'd retire from active politics and appoint a general to get assassinated rule in my stead while I dig down do the HFS and conquer it. Then I'd march on the dwarves at the head of an army of HFS collosi that menace with spikes of the other HFS and wear HFS leather garb. After subjugating the dwaven nations I would have them build a planet-wide orbital magma bombardment station and build a infinitely tall staircase so that I could continue my conquests...

Organise the cats of the world into my private army of spies and blackmail the world into submission. After reestablishing cat-worship I would probably settle down to an army of admiring servants and sleep for a thousand years...

 Test to see if I can get a hang of its language in a few minutes by trying to convert meanings into syllables very much the same way you convert paranoia into a solid object. Of course, all of my (logical) attention will be focused similarly to the kobold's; on our hands, what we're holding, and any objects nearby that are not nailed down.

 I would read up on all the Cthulu mythos and discern just what parts of it had become a reality. Quite variable from that point, but I would be brimming with curiosity over how the normally "maddening" things would effect me. Especially if I had spent a month beforehand regaining my natural insanity.

 What would you do if a portal, that always viewed the character of your current game of Nethack, discovered you in a flash of light?

Inscribe Elbereth on the panels around the portal, then begin searching for magic items to have my character chuck through to me. Highest priority: Wand of wishing and boots of speed. Also a few potions of intelligence.
