I would eat poop, smell a skunk, stare at the sun, listen to a jet airplane, and run my hand over a bed of sharp razor blades. Therefore dying an extremely insane death of pain and torture (Im pretty sure just getting your eardrums asploded would hurt pretty daaamn bad)

 I'd probably be significantly better at hinting my emotions through text. As would most other people. The internet would also be somewhat less popular, since it would keep a reputation as a soulless thing. Now let's see if this works this time...

 I would immediately use the ticket to get out of physical limitation, then I would weave the atom bomb and the airplane into one vaguely rocket like conglomerate of metal (this disables the nuke and the airplane), then ride at ridiculous speeds to Hawaii's volcanic hotspot and crash it in. After which, I would weave the resulting molten metal and rock into a fine rug and drag it through time and lava so it may form a nice ordered crystalline structure. I would then ride the gemstone rug back home at ridiculous speeds. I'd have a lot of options then, but it would be based on what mentally struck me first as I arrived home.

 What would you do if you came into possession of a fine rug made of gemstones?
