I would pick super strength and invisibility.

After that I would sneak into a Justin Bieber concert and rip off his head while invisible and the crowd in none-the-wiser.

Call the cops. He's clearly high or insane. And he'd be well inside the boundaries of my property, so would be a trespasser.
