Entity Raws and Generated Towns [31.12]

So, I'm modding some civilizations, considering multiple races, and such.

How do I specify what sorts of generated cities a civilization builds?

One specific example is that I'm making my own version of Kobold Camp and I their generated towns to have 5x5 wooden houses and shops like human towns, instead of simply hanging around a cave with various knickknacks spread all over.

I get the feeling I keep missing something every time I skim the raws.

EDIT: I think I found what I was missing: [Default Site Type:City]
