Description: Tall, with a wiry, muscular build. His clothing is aged and dirty, with many patched and unpatched holes, and he wears an old leather jacket with faded gang colors (red and black). Nearly every inch of exposed skin, and likely most of the unexposed skin, is emblazoned with various tattoos, and his hair is a garish green, bladelike mohawk.
Background: Tarkan grew up in the lowers parts of the hives, fending for himself, and as a child developed a fanatical hatred for mutants and abhumans. As a teenager he became the leader of a small gang and under his quickly expanded until the gang ruled a sizable area, brutally suppressing those he saw as impure. Unfortunately, nearly all of his friends in the upper ranks of the gang were killed in a disastrous heist attempt on an upper hive block. Captured by the adeptus arbites, Tarkan surely would have met an inglorious end were it not for an inquisitor visiting the prison looking for recruits that weren't afraid to break the law doing the Emperor's will. Tarkan accepted the offer only because it would get him out of prison. He suspects once he has outlived his usefulness or steps on the wrong toes he will be killed and replaced, and fully intends to desert as soon as the opportunity presents itself. He cares little for the Emperor, and his hate of mutation is personal, not religious.
I believe everything is in order, if something isn't tell me. It's been a while since I've played DH.
