Downtime update: 24 hours is much more likely, mediawiki and our database don't seem to want to play together.

I am currently manually parsing the database dump to prepare it for export.

Total size of database dump: ~880mb.
Total amount of sanity remaining: ~0.

You mean you had sanity at all before you started parsing the database dump?

You obviously haven't been playing DF enough.

Mediawiki is refusing to cooperate with me.  I'm currently investigating coercive measures of persuasion (such as magma)

We decided on magmawiki for the name of the wiki software we're writing, since we already had the domain name, and we were writing it with the intent of using it for dfwiki. That page is actually hosted on a separate machine from df.magmawiki.com.

After almost 26 hours of working on this, I must go to sleep.  Emily is doing some other fancy stuff that will probably yield good results in the morning.  We will keep you posted.

I did fancy stuff. I got things working on my test server. When Locriani gets up in the morning, it should just be a matter of minutes before the wiki is up again (unless he decides to play with more things).

As a note to help others, I've been googling "Dwarf Fortress [topic]" with [topic] being replaced by things like "strange mood", "insanity",  and "graveyard"/"coffin". *sighs*

Once the result comes up, clicked the little "Cached" link in the sublinks to the DF Wiki link. You'll be able to see what it did look like before it went down. Hope that helps.
