You're pretty worried about all the people down there, especially the fact that up until very recently, these people were chasing you and trying to kill you. You think you remember kicking a few of them down the stairs, as well.
But then you have a brilliant idea! Truly another marvelous product of your amazing villainous mind! By injecting yourself with the blood of the regenirabbits ( you come up with the best names when you're thinking ), you might gain their regenerative powers! And if you were to get into a fight, it would be great if you were regenerating all your wounds while you were doing so, wouldn't it?
You quickly grab a rabbit and fill a syringe with it's blood. Then, just as you're about to inject yourself with it...
"What are you doing?"
"I'm injecting myself with this rabbit's blood." You quickly explain your plan to Horl. He doesn't look very convinced yet.
"But that's way too dangerous! It hasn't been properly tested yet!"
"There's no time for tests!"
"Sure there is, they're locked out by-"
"Dammit Horl, don't you understand? I have to do this!"
"But...why?"
You slam the syringe into your flesh while you yell "IT'S FOR SCIENCE,
VERDAMMT!"
You feel the regeneration take place instantly. Unfortunately, it ends just as abruptly, but managed to heal your wounds before doing so. You think you may have just invented a new medicine. Of course, you're still not sure whether it will work to the limb-healing extent that it does for the rabbits. That will require some more, hmm,
testing.
Level gained: Level 1 Experiments!You also try to listen to what the people below you are talking about, but there's a bunch of people all talking at the same time and you can't make out any of it. You'd ask Horl to listen to it, but you're not sure you trust him right now. He keeps looking at you as if you're some kind of lunatic.
