Actually, we've already taken a poll, and it's a lot closer to half.

That poll must have been more than six months back, because I don't remember ever seeing it.

South Park is L-. They are actually less left than many of our other favourite shows, despite how political it is, because they're still fairly intolerant towards some issues (I'm thinking of the Transgender episode in particular, where they make it clear what they think of the issue).
They seem to be more libertarian than anything else.

Can't think of many right wing comedians, either.  I mean, there's that guy who draws cartoons for the Daily Mail, but he seriously claims there's a left wing bias in the weather forecast.

Dennis Miller.

He used to be more libertarian / "f**k everybody" in the 90's, but then he kinda went off the deep end after 9/11. As did his career.

You forgot Poland.

Funny that. Polish tanks bailed my cousin out in Afghanistan.

Eh, explain?
I've no idea whatsoever what's being imputed here, if at all, and I don't know if it's enough of an excuse to justify my eventual outburst of patriotic rage, or lack thereof.

During the 2004 debates, Kerry was all "And we've got allies in Afghanistan, who are these allies?" And he names a lot of little countries he apparently doesn't think much of. And Bush says, "You forgot about Poland," which was of course the biggest and most powerful of the coalition nations. Years later my cousin's outpost gets raided by Towlies and its the Polish who show up to help out.

So yeah. Poland is on my 'cool' list now.

Meh, I shan't bother with brandishing my patriotism then. I wouldn't know where to start looking for it anyway, kinda got lost somewhere along the way.

I don't know if Kerry thinks that the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Canada are "little countries", or if you've got a overly high opinion about Poland and it's involvement in Afghanistan.

I think you're thinking Iraq, although yeah, Britain is still in Afghanistan...but I think they're only there with their spec ops. So it kind of depends on what you're talking about: the size of the nation involved in the coalition or the size of their commitment to it.
