If the troopers have the authorization codes to take control of the train, I help fix the navigation computer.

If not, then I hack the train into ignoring the emergency protocols that prevent it from moving and take control of it. Before doing so, I jokingly ask the troopers looking at me to turn their heads away a bit while I illegally hack the train.

God dammit history.

Quickly build a Resonance Detonator. Promptly use it.

(And just so you know, it is intended to emit a spherical pulse with the force of a rather large man throwing a cement block at your face whenever used.)

FIX THAT COMPUTER!

[3] You study the broken navigation computer for a moment, quickly determing how to fix it [+1 to repairing it, yadda yadda yadda].

[6] The troopers don't have authorization, so you head over to the central table and begin manipulating the controls like a man possessed. [6] You bypass the lockdown - but not just for this train, but everywhere, download all the passwords, codes and hack yourself into the city comm network. All the machinery in the control room light up, ready to be used. You even make some improvements into their systems, and won't even need the broken navigation computer anymore.

Let the other guys work the computer, I have to find those cultists!

[4] You hear suspicious noises from the next compartment. Like any normal person, you run over and kick the door open. [3] You're too surprised by actually finding half a dozen cultists in the carriage you fail to attack or do anything to them.

Jump on top of the machine and rapidly disassemble it with my scientist powers.
Quickly build a Resonance Detonator. Promptly use it.

[3-1=2] Doc Fuzz rushes forward and jumps ontop of the glowing machine. Unsurprisingly, nothing happens. [3] Tor attempts to build a resonance detonator, but, understandably, cannot think very well with Ludd and his men approaching from behind. He still manages to think up some plans [+1 to creating this invention].

Tor Kataiser: Resonance Detonator Plans added to Inventory!

*Walk off from the guy I just asskicked, thinking off some way to install my skarmee AI box into my hat, and maybe make it's battery longer lasting.*

[3] You make plans for installing the communicator housing Skarmee's AI into your hat. [+1 to constructing this, etc, etc]

Hat AI Box Plans added to Inventory!

Quote from: Ludd's Men
We need them alive!
[1][2][3][4] ((Lolwut?)) Only two of Ludd's men manage to attack, apparently trying to beat you unconscious. [2][2] Both charge at Tor, [Dodge:2] who's still pre-occupied by his planning and doesn't see them coming until it's too late. [BP:3][BP:3][Damage:3][Damage:1] Both go for his right arm, though the second man stumbles and only brushes it. The first punch hits a little harder, and Tor staggers away in surprise.

Tor Kataiser: Right Arm: Slightly Wounded

Umm...?

[1] The cultists stare at Lightning Hook, their mouths hanging open. You get the feeling these guys aren't the smartest of the lot.
Quote from: City Troopers
Who the hell are they?

[1] Unfortunately, the city soldiers also just stare at the men in the next compartment with their mouths hanging open. *sigh*

You don't actually need to fix it anymore. The train will move fine without it.

1 am t3h mast3r!

I loudly begin technobabbling about what a bad idea it would be to have a firefight in this room, due to all the explosive instrumentation and pre-set algorithmic software enhancements designed to prevent militants from taking the control room by force to use the locomotive against the city.

Grab the accelerator carbine in my right hand, and the THUNDA FIST on the left. Punch with the thunda fist and rifle club/pistol shot (I don't know what grip it is, I'm guessing it's rifle though) with my Accelerator. Get help from the watch troopers during the fight.

Fix that computer...

[6] After you're finished with the navigation computer, it not only works perfectly, but you can even bypass Nirur's control of this train and manipulate the controls from here.

Continue attempting to disassemble the machine.

[3] You think up a way to diassemble the machine, while Tor's screams of pain echo around you. Ehh, there's no reason they'd bother you, why worry? [+1 to disassembling the machine]

I loudly begin technobabbling about what a bad idea it would be to have a firefight in this room, due to all the explosive instrumentation and pre-set algorithmic software enhancements designed to prevent militants from taking the control room by force to use the locomotive against the city.

[1] Your speech seems to have the exact opposite of the intended effect. The cultists snap out of their stupor and charge in past Lightning Hook. They begin bashing whatever even remotely mechanical they see blindly. [2] They fail to do any real damage, though.

Fire the Nanogun at the cultists!

[4-1=3] You push the cultists off you and pull out the Nanogun. [3] You aim at one of the cultists who didn't attack you, for some reason. [Dodge:1][BP:1][6+2=6] He doesn't see it coming, staring at the gun as you prepare to fire. A white-hot streak of energy arcs gracefully from the Nanogun, and touches the man gently between his eyes.

There's a faint popping sound, and his entire body is instantly vaporized and reduced to a cloud of dust, leaving everyone in the room staring at what used to be him in shock. Hmh.

Grab the accelerator carbine in my right hand, and the THUNDA FIST on the left. Punch with the thunda fist and rifle club/pistol shot (I don't know what grip it is, I'm guessing it's rifle though) with my Accelerator. Get help from the watch troopers during the fight.

[6] You let out a fearsome warcry and launch yourself at the cultists, hitting the back of the first one so hard he's thrown on the ground. [4] You begin pummeling [BP:6] his legs like a man possessed, [5+1=6] snapping his right leg in half with a mighty swing with your THUNDAFIST. You let out a victorious laugh as he bleeds to death behind you, ready for your next victim. [3] The city troopers seem too amazed by what they saw to act right away.

Begins disassembling a tunnel out of the train area, collecting the rock.

[6] You attack the poor, defenseless station wall, hacking through it like a madman. You quickly get the beginnings of a stable, professional tunnel with actual working lights and reinforced walls ready, though you're not actually sure how. It would take some time to actually get this tunnel anywhere, though.

NPC's

Quote from: Ludd's Men
Take him down, now!
[2+1=3][6][5] Ludd decides to join in on the fun, and the two attackers continue their attacks. [1][2][1] The first of the two attackers goes for Tor again, but both Ludd and the other cultist attack Doc Fuzz. [Tor Dodge:3][BP:2][3-1=2] Tor jumps back, and the man's brutal kick only barely reaches his chest, making a small bruise but nothing else. [Doc Fuzz Dodge:3] Doc Fuzz finally realizes he might be in danger and hits the ground [BP:2][BP:3][2-1=1][1-1=1], leaving Ludd and his friend attacking the air. Only a few punches manage to brush him even a bit.

Tor Kataiser: Torso: Minor Wound

Quote from: Cultists in Train
Deal with them!

[3][2][3][1][3] Only three of the cultists manage to stumble vaguely in the direction of their opponents. Yup, definitely not the smartest of the lot. [3][6][1] One of the staggers towards Lightning Hook, realizing that the man who just killed their friend might be the biggest threat. Another charges at one of the soldiers and a third goes for Nirur.

[Dodge:5] Lightning Hook easily sidesteps the man's clumsy charge, tapping him on the back of the head when he trips and goes down. [Dodge:1] The young soldier, unfortunately, isn't ready and gets a wrench [BP:6] slammed against his leg. [2+1=3] The force of the strike brings him to his knees with a nasty crack, though he doesn't seem to be in that much pain. [Dodge:4] Nirur rolls behind a data terminal for cover and his attacker misses as well.

Quote from: City Troopers
Don't just stand there, fire!

[3+1=4][2][4][6] The rest of the troopers open up with their rifles, except one who can't get a clear shot from behind the others. The hit one also begins fighting back. [3][4]

The leader of the soldiers empties his clip into the cultist who attacked the kid, [Cultist Dodge:1][BP:5][BP:5][BP:1] and all shots find their mark. [5+1+1=6][4+1+1=6][3+1+1=5] He's already dead on the first shot, the heavy explosive bullet ripping his arm open and turning it into a bloody mess. The rest just throw his body around the carriage. [Cultist Dodge:1][BP:3][BP:1][BP:6] The second soldier follows his lead, [2+1+1=4][1+1+1=3][3+1+1=5] sending his target's body flying through the air. The combined damage from the hits causes him to bleed out quickly.

[5] The young soldier looks for a new target now that the Lt killed his opponent, and proceeds to open fire at the cultist after Nirur. [Cultist Dodge:1][BP:3][BP:3][BP:3][5+1+1=6][4+1+1=6][2+1+1=4] In an impressive feat of marksmanship, all his shots hit the exact same spot and the cultists' arm goes flying, spraying blood everywhere. [1] Probably too stupid to flee, the two sole remaining cultists ignore the gruesome deaths of their comrades.

So, umm.

The Luddites are apparently kinda pathetic. >_>

This update didn't turn out that well, but atleast it has lots of blood and violence! Yay!
