I'm not worried about repairing, I'm just worried about becoming a cyborg for two turns and then abruptly turning back to humans cause humans replaced cyborg parts.

Most likely, the flesh removed would grow back around your new metal parts.

Hmm. time to work on skarmee v2.1!
Load skarmee back into the comm. device and begin dissasembling the v2.0 body. Work on some plans of a new body that is more efficient through the use of organs. Ask skarmee on what implements in a skarmory body would be the easiest she could move in.

I whisper a few words to one of the departing troopers about not following in the corrupt footsteps of the upperclass, and that after a few hours in here, they'd never be satisfied elsewhere. I'll then follow the captain.

[4] You attempt to get the soldiers to focus. They finally snap out of their stupor and begin following you, though still throwing longing glances at the sea of people below. Together, you head after the Captain and soon catch up with her.

You're quickly at the stairs of the giant throne-like construction. You hear laughter from the top of the stairs, and soon reach the source of the noise.

At the top of the construction sits a lone red sofa, though the floor there is soft fur as well. The sofa is surrounded by entertainers and sycophants, to the man lying relaxed on his back there, smoking something you're pretty sure is not only illegal but also quite deadly. He doesn't seem to mind, though. The man's face seems to be fixed into an eternal smile, his eyes rolling lazily in their sockets, not focusing on anything. Curly, blond hair erupts in a ragged mess from his head.

[4] Once he sees the Captain, his eyes lock on to her, even though the smile doesn't even waver. Waving the sycophants away, he lazily makes his way across the construct's floor and closes her in an embrace. The Captain quickly pushes him away, face red with embarassament.

' Ahh... Nelys, what brings you here? Decided to come back after all? There's always a place here for you. Always.' he says, sinking back onto the sofa.

' No, and as much as it pains me to admit it, I need your help. You still have that AI?' the Captain asks. [3] The man's smile is broken for a fraction of a second, and he motions the sycophants to leave. Once they're gone, he turns his stare at you. The Captain sighs and orders you to leave. You do as asked, and are on the bridge again.

I create some simple body armor for myself, concealed beneath my clothes.

[1] You begin hammering at the metal you have wildly, hoping it will turn out as armor. [3] Before everything's gone unusable, though, you snap out of it.

Some Scrap Metal reduced to A Little Scrap Metal in Inventory!

Search for more parts

[1] You, in a fit of madness, grab the parts you have and prepare to throw them away. [3] Only a little disappears under a train before you stop yourself, fortunately.

Scrap Metal reduced to Some Scrap Metal in Inventory!

Completely disassemble so many security bots you don't even know man.

[4] You charge screaming at the security bots, which, Ananke/Tux, [4+3=6] after a moment of thinking, de-activates. [5] Soon you're standing next to a pile of parts and metal.

A Little Scrap Metal increased to Scrap Metal in Inventory!
Computer Parts added to Inventory!

I'm not done, Hank, uh... do whatever.
Holobot, mind asking around about current events?

[3] You continue recharging and tell the Holobot to ask around for anything interesting. [2] It just wanders around and bumps into walls, instead.

Mechanical Replacement Head: Charge: 94%

[1+3=4] You return Skarmee into the Device and begin hacking apart the body. [2] You fail to do anything worse than a scratch. [4] You do make up plans, though. [+1 to construction, yadda yadda yadda]

[1+1=2] Skarmee doesn't understand what you're asking from it.

Background Roll [4]: Low-flying airships, most likely transports, are attempting to bypass the City's defenders from below. They are quickly followed by half a dozen screeching bomber aircraft. The few AA guns working awaken and begin throwing white-hot bolts of lightning high into the air. Watch cars also begin to head away from above the Descent and towards the attackers.

[6] Despite the pleasures and wonders below, the soldiers all maintain their position on the bridge while the Captain continues talking with the strange man.

Remove my head from the station and tell Hank to test the psycho-pault on someone.

...

What? I'm bored, and I want to see this thing in action already.

Try my hand at using the skarmory body for charades and when skarmee gives a good answer, begin remove the wings from the body (Kept intact). Finish off disassembling the rest of the body by somehow using Laymen's terms to my advantage.

Casually take a napkin and use it to draw up plans for my previously described helmet with a built-in sensor.

Meh, had to happen eventually. Head back to the car and ask Ananke where the nearest Council(those are the ones who tried to kill us, right?) facility is, then go there.

The soldiers you used to be traveling with were Council, as well as the airship that got blown up. The city's own troops have been trying to kill you (City Watch cars, y'know).

Though to be fair they did kill Ochita and nuker, but that was their own fault.

Man, I'm being so unclear here I've even managed to confused myself. Can I just call them 'your side' from now on?

I thought we were on the league of inventor's side? Meh, whatever. I go to the highest tech not-on-our-side place I can.

Yeah man, but you seem to have kinda joined the Council at some point. In your case, it's your own fault. Shouldn't have rebuilt those machines on the airship!
