I'll turn my shield generator on and follow the soldiers.

[3] You turn on the Shield Projector. It gives you a nice, faint blue outline.

I use the computer to contact Tux and ask where the closest abandoned factory is. Then I go there. I have a horribly intelligent AI... now all I need is a robot army!

[6] You push your way past the furious melee and sit down at the computer. You go through the annoyingly long and complex process of contacting Tux through the computer, even though you had the AI Library still with you.
' Greetings, creator. It might please you to hear that I have chosen a new name, but will use 'Tux' for now. I have determined it is ultimately beneficial to allow you to name me.' Tux says cheerily. ' I have gathered all the information available on the Internet. Determing the information's reliability will take another five minutes.'
[3] You mumble something in response and ask Tux for the location of the closest abandoned factory. [4+3=6] ' Accessing local map. I have located five suitable locations in the Descent, creator. However, if you so wish, there is a factory-complex much closer nearby unused right now. Dealing with the security systems now.' [3+3-1=5] ' Amazingly crude. The fastest way of transport nearby is one floor up. Wait. Overriding locks, replacing DNA codes. Done. Was there anything else?'

[6] You thank Tux and rush out of the break room, locating the way up incredibly quickly. You run the whole way through, following co-ordinates given to you by Tux.
Soon you arrive at a small landing bay for cargo transports. [3+3=6] In the middle awaits a sleek, black hovercar, seemingly pulsing with speed and power. You've seen cars like these in the papers - they cost billions, and this looks like a special model, full of fancy gadgets and whatnot. As you move closer, the doors automatically open, revealing a warm, luxuriously decorated interior. A biosign-guided battery of mini-missiles arises from the front on a command, but disappears underneath with another.

You rain praise upon Tux, who seems to take it in with some pride.

Look around for something like a crate and tear it to pieces. Retrieve whatever is left.

[5] There are no containers left in the warehouse itself (murderous rampages are to blame), but you go up to the second level and find plenty of crates. [2] They seem to contain more robotic parts. Few of them are usable in any way, though.

Some Computer Parts added to Inventory!

Get to the elevator.

[1] You run towards a wall blindly, [6] and execute an incredible wall-run that amazes the beasts and LP as he passes by.

I now replace his organs with modified ones and modify his brain into a rabid undead frenzy via the powah of cheese, probably with some other parts to ensure at least semi-loyalty to my commands.

Hank will go and get me some computer parts for this operation.

[3+2=5] Hank disappears into the hallway and soon returns with [5] a ton of computer parts.
[5] You get to work. [Power:5] The construct-who-used-to-be-Khan arises with steady steps, glowing with inner power. [Size:1] You somehow manage to turn Khan into a midget psycho. Aww, he's so cute like that! [Functionality:2+2(Modified Organs)=4] He only rarely breaks down, as well. [Fuel:6] Khan-bot needs no power! Khan-bot eternal! [Intelligence:1] Khan-bot... durr? You have successfully turned Khan into a retarded robo-dwarf. But hey, atleast he does what you say... whenever he understands it.

Some Modified Internal Organs removed from Inventory!
Some Scrap Metal reduced to A Little Scrap Metal in Inventory!

Hunt?

[2-2=1] Hah, no chance. It wanders off somewhere.

Quote from: Soldiers and Captain
Leave.

And they're off, up the Descent. Nirur goes with them. The elevators soon stop - at the surface again. You're at what seems to be a train station of some sort. [5] No Watchmen or city military are here, as far as you can see.
The Captain then addresses you all; ' We're splitting up, now. You civilians go with the majority of my troopers here. You're heading out of the city by another route. The Council... the 2nd and 3rd Strike Forces are on their way here. The Council's... gone to war with the Golden City and her governor.' she pauses to wait out the shouting and noise from the crowd. 'In my opinion, they're all complete idiots, but I'm just a grunt, so it doesn't matter. You're getting to safety. Cedek, you're in charge now. Don't let any of them die.'
[3] The civilians and their accompanying troopers make their way down to the station. You wonder how they'll fare - their uniforms will stick out like a sore thumb in the crowd. The Captain and half a dozen troopers, including Nirur's grenadier friend, leave to another direction.

((Nirur, you can choose which group to go with.))

Build a little robot bird thing in which skarmee can 'inhabit' remotely from the comm device. Begin clawing my way back up the descent with my little companion ion hopes of possibly being sucked back into the darn plot.

Oh nononononono, not an important decision. Let's see, lists. Yes, those are helpful

Yes, the choice is clear. Despite me having absolutely no reason to do so, being nearly ordered not to do so, and likely being more of a hindrance:
I'll follow the group with my soldier friend in it. I'll invent some HE, flashbang, and area-denial incendiary ammo for my grenade launcher. If questioned, I'll make some excuse about hating the city. And the Council. And probably being on every government kill-on-sight list within a week for my help in destroying the watch cars.

Teleport to the backseat of Dragnars new car.

[4-1=3] You magically figure out where Dragnar and his car are, and after some struggle with the PRB, attempt to teleport there. [6+1=6] You land perfectly in the backseat and grin at Dragnar. You even somehow bypass the car's security system.

Build a little robot bird thing in which skarmee can 'inhabit' remotely from the comm device. Begin clawing my way back up the descent with my little companion ion hopes of possibly being sucked back into the darn plot.

[4] You begin creating a new body for Skarmee. [Power:4] It is quite strong and fast. [Size:3] It is exactly the same in size as Skarmee's old body. [Functionality:1] Unfortunately, the mechanical parts seem to get jammed every two seconds and the navigation systems send Skarmee flying straight at the walls. [Fuel:4] It is slower than the original Skarmee in it's consuming of food.
[2-2=1] You install in Skarmee but can't get it to fly up right now, for some reason. *sigh*

A Few Mechanical Parts removed from Inventory!
A Little Scrap Metal removed from Inventory!
Some Computer Parts removed from Inventory!

I create a simple catapult apparatus on Hank and load my new psycho-midget onto it.

[4] You begin constructing a small catapult on top of Hank. [Power:4] When it fires at you, you better hope it's not a direct hit, because that'll hurt. It also flies quite far. [Size:1] Even though Khan-bot is small, he can only barely fit in. It's also kinda difficult to use, being so goddamn tiny, but oh well. [Functionality:1] Hank is guaranteed to have problems with this thing. [Fuel:5] It drains from Hank's fuel, but not much.
[5] You load Khan-bot into it easily.

A Few Mechanical Parts removed from Inventory!
A Little Scrap Metal removed from Inventory!
Some Computer Parts removed from Inventory!

((Auch, a total of -3 to it's use. Hank has an Intelligence bonus of +2, which will fortunately negate some of it, though.))

[6] Your friend convinces the Captain to let you stay with them. [1] You then wonder if you could make different types of grenades from scrap metal and a few mechanical parts. Unsurprisingly, nothing comes out of it.

Drive my amazing new car to the factory and ask Tux if there is anything...she?(bah. AIs make pronouns weird) would like me to build. Also ask what the name she has chosen is.

[4] You shrug off Derek appearing in your car and climb aboard. The hovercar humms silently as you rise into the air. [1+3=4] You fumble with the controls of the AI Library for a while before you manage to contact Tux again. Good thing it's so easy to use. You ask if there's anything s/he'd like you to build, and what the name she chose is.
[3+3=6] ' No, creator. I do not need your services now. You helped me get online, and I am grateful for that. If you wish to know the name I would have used, it is Ananke. Borrowed from Greek mythology. I thought it suited me and my goals.' Tux informs you. Well, then.

[1+2=3] You shrug and carefully guide the hovercar out of the landing bay and into the Descent. Still a bit new to the car, you have some trouble actually driving it, but you get the hang of it eventually. You check the co-ordinates and [4+2=6] suddenly launch yourself into a simply amazing speed. The world around you turns into a blur and you feel yourself get pinned to your seat. [2+2=4] You regain control just in time, and slow down right before hitting the side of the Descent. After your heart calms down, you continue on to your destination. The rest of the way to the unused factory goes more smoothly, though. You find a protected landing platform and touch down. It seems to lead to someone's office.

Follow the civilians

[2] You attempt to follow the main group, but somehow get lost in the crowd. They soon disappear from view, but can't have gotten far. Althought, you've got a train station right there, all those parts just waiting to be used...

Quote from: Beast 5
Sleep?

[1] The beast awakens from a nightmare, now angrier than ever. Seeing LP as the only target nearby, [4] it charges roaring towards him. [Dodge:2][BP:1][Damage:1+2=3] It leaps on LP and takes a bite out of his face, but causes little serious damage. [4+1-2=3] Skarmee then decides to defend it's master. [Dodge:1][BP:6][Damage:5+1+1=6] The beast, awaiting no attack from the dumb metal bird, is taken completely by surprise as Skarmee, obviously revenging it's old body, utterly rips apart it's right leg, already heavily damaged from earlier fighting. A fountain of blood erupts from the thing's body, covering both Skarmee and LP in the stuff. Err... atleast it's dead.

LP: Head: Slightly Wounded

Quote from: Beast 6
Sleep?

[3] Sleeping is fun. And you can do it while covered in rust!

Quote from: Captain's Team
Stick to the shadows and let's go.

[6+1=6] The seven soldiers and Nirur head down the edge of the Descent unseen. Soon they spot two unguarded hover-taxis, just waiting to be taken. [6] Quite amazingly, neither car lets out an alarm as the soldiers bash their doors open. [5] After some creative screwing with their systems by the tech expert, Andriy, they're up and running. You all get in, ending up somewhat uncomfortable in the cramped interiors of the taxis. Nirur ends up in the [2] second car with his corporal friend, Neven.
[1+1=2] The Captain seems to be unsure where to head now, though.
