Fire normal round. Airship targeting the control carridge.
Also ask the troopers to help me fire the cannon.

[5] You reload and re-aim the gun. You also ask the nearby troopers to help with the cannon [6] and they do so more than well. [5+3+1=6] You fire! [Dodge:3-1=2] The troopers keep your aim steady and the shell races up through the air, slamming into [BP:5] the wall of the second floor. [Damage:6+1=6] The weak wall is shattered, and the shell travels on, going through two crew members, a wall and a shitton of machinery before crashing into the engine at high speed and utterly wrecking it apart. The explosion races up the ship, flames quickly dancing up the airship and breaching the envelope. The screams of it's crewmen and the moan of collapsing metal fill the air, and the soldiers with you begin to cheer. The airship spirals down, crewmen flinged off the deck and scattered around the landscape. Finally, it crashes onto the ground, the burning wreck leaving a deep gash in the field.

One down, three to go.

Marco and myself hack into one of the airships firing behind the control center, trying to make stuff explode. We'll go for a different ship then last turn.

[1+1=2] You babble confusing instructions at Marco, who, unsurprisingly, doesn't understand what the hell you want it to do. *sigh*

Get off the train..... and if there are any bg human masses in the train wear my terror mask to let em move aside

[6] You've had enough of this bullshit. You're gonna jump from this train, moving in extremely high speed in a way that's guaranteed to kill you! [4] You push yourself out of the window, struggling up to the train roof. You get there just in time to see one of the airships plunge into the ground, and come up with a cunning plan. Instead of committing suicide by jumping to the ground, you could leap aboard one of the Council airships! What could go wrong?

[5] Fortunately, the ships seem to be moving closer to the train for some reason. You wait for the best moment, lying down on the roof so they can't see you. The wind is incredible, so you have to hold on to avoid flying off. [6] You spring up, performing an incredible acrobatic manouever that lands you perfectly on the top deck of the airship. That was lucky. The crewmen and soldiers on the deck are too stunned by your act to do anything yet.

Have a sence of feeling that there maybe someone who may have a hat or mask that evokes terror. Find this person and challenge them to a hat duel, asking Skarmee the probability of success.

[2] You fail to have a feeling lke that. [6] Skarmee says that he can't calculate that, but reminds you that your hat has a very short charge, so you'd have to win fast.

build a few rifle grenades, look for more components.

[3] You make a few rifle grenades. [5] They're much more powerful than basic ammo for your MG. [4] You salvage a few parts from unneeded schedule monitors.

3 Rifle Grenades added to Inventory!
Mechanical Parts increased to A Lot of Mechanical Parts!
A Little Scrap Metal added to Inventory!

Skulk around gathering information.

[1] You try to move forward, but trip on the tracks and crash loudly. [5] You soon see armoured figures lean over you. They're led by a young woman, a Council captain of some sort. A bald man in a labcoat that looks vaguely familiar to you waits on the platform. He has a strange, faint blue outline, obviously a shield generator. He drags his leg when he moves, probably an old wound or something like that.

[1] 'Interesting. I think he might be one of the Governor's private doctors. Get him up, he might know something.' the woman says, and two soldiers grab your arms, pulling you up to the platform. [3] They tie rope around your arms, though not very tightly. You are set up against the wall. [4] They don't bother to take your weapons away, though they do keep their own guns ready.

'Let's start simple.' the woman says, 'Who the hell are you? Do you work for the Governor?'

Loose Ropes added to Inventory!

Quote from: Council Airships
Hold her steady, deploy the men.

[2][2][4] One of the airships is too busy with staring at Manfred, one fails to keep up the with the train and thus only one airship manages to deploy commandoes inside the train. Six men and women, armoured from head to toe and moving in silence, descend into the train, [1] unfortunately landing at the very end of the train. They begin moving up the train while soldiers hurry down to meet them.

Quote from: First Commando Squad
Weapons free. Avoid unnecessary civilian casualties.

[1+2=3] The squad attempts to move up, but is swarmed by panicking passengers. The multilaser attack earlier left its mark, wounding and even killing dozens. They struggle to get onwards. [4] The lead commando fires into the air, effectively silencing the compartment. They continue on their way.

Only vaguely familiar?

This isn't working, time for something else: I create a shield generator.

Fuzzy hasn't ever seen the old Nirur before. He's got some resemblance to your new character (who I presumed was his relative), so that's why he looks familiar.

That's the strike team, by the way, so basically old you stormed the Governor's compound and chased him across the city, while the new you helped him escape. Next family meeting is going to be pretty awkward.

Aim and fire on the closest gunship.

[6+3+1=6] They're close now, so aiming is much easier. You aim the cannon at the airship unloading troops into the bottom of the train. [Dodge:3-1=2][BP:3] You score a hit just below the top deck [Damage:3+1=4], the shell wrecking several walls as it goes, collapsing parts of the first floor inwards.

This isn't working, time for something else: I create a shield generator.

[5+3=6] You begin working on a shield projector. [Power:3] It's not terribly strong, but should be able to absorb some damage. [Size:4] It's small enough to carry around. [Functionality:4] It's well-designed and easy to use. [Fuel:1] It should only be used in emergencies, as the thing will drain its charge down in just a few minutes!

Shield Generator added to Inventory!
Some Mechanical Parts reduced to A Few Mechanical Parts in Inventory!
Scrap Metal reduced to Some Scrap Metal in Inventory!
Shield Generator Plans removed from Inventory!

Build some sort of body armor to protect myself. Gather more parts as needed.

[3] You begin creating a suit of armor, creating a series of reactive shifting mechanical plates with a thin layer of metal. [Power:1] You should've probably made it thicker. Even though the plates are supposed to move to harden the part of your body that's going to be hit, they're way too slow, and only rarely form up in the right place in time. [Size:4] You fit in very well, and there's extra space as well! [Functionality:3] It works most of the time. [Fuel:3] It uses up it's charge moderately quickly.

Plate Suit added to Inventory!
A Little Scrap Metal reduced from Inventory!
A Lot of Mechanical Parts reduced to Mechanical Parts!

"I'm Dr. Fuzz, and I don't have a permanent employer. Also, there's probably going to be a group of cultists coming this way, so, be ready for that."

[3] You mutter something about being unemployed and say that there's a Luddite cult active in the area. [2] She doesn't seem to buy it. The bald scientist comes over to talk to the woman. You hear something about taking in your extra arms for research after she's done. She shrugs, then turns to you again. [3] 'What happened? How come you're not on the train? Where was it headed?' she demands.

Turn my gathered stone into a Meta boulder invention, which has the ability to disguise itself as a boulder which draws massive amounts of attention from all targets.

[3] You think about making some kind of device that creates an irresistable need to focus on it. That could be cool. [+1 to constructing this and all that]

Metaboulder Plans added to Inventory!

Quote from: Jetsquirrel AI
Terror mask!

[2] Jetsquirrel attempts to turn on the Terror Mask, but the activation button is stuck! There's no time to fix it, [5] so he rushes past the crewmen and soldiers on the top deck and down into the depths of the ship. The First Floor is undamaged, though the second floor was damaged by Taric earlier. Looks like everybody is at their stations. You stick out like a sore thumb as the only scientist there, and decide it's best to find clothes. [6] You hurry inside the crew quarters and find an engineer's jumpsuit. It's a perfect fit! You also empty the toolbox that's lying next to it, taking whatever you think you can use.

Thankfully, nobody saw your face as you were wearing the Mask, so they won't recognize you on sight.

Engineer's Jumpsuit added to Inventory!
A Few Mechanical Parts added to Inventory!

Quote from: Council Airships
Let's try this again.

[4][6] Both remaining airships deploy their troops. [5][4] The first ship actually manages to land it's team straight inside the engine room, while the second team gets into the heavily damaged middle part of the train, just behind the control center.

Quote from: Train Defenders
Spread out!
[3] The city troops can't seem to decide where to go, and decide to take defensive positions around the control center. [2] Four move up to defend the entrance from the engine room and [6] an amazing twelve defend the way from the rest of the train.

Quote from: First Commando Team
Advancing.

[4+2=6] The first team moves quickly, pushing past the civilians in the compartments. They reach the third segment of the train, where 'Lightning Hook' is, though they don't reach his compartment yet. He can hear them though, moving closer with every heavy footstep.

Quote from: Second Commando Team
Shut down the accelerator.

[6+2=6] The second team in the engine room get to work, surrounding the main accelerator moving the train onwards. [4] One crouches down, manipulating the manual controls. He tries to cut the engine off from Nirur's control in the nearby control room. [6] There whole train shudders as the mass accelerator is shut down. The train still rushes on, but it's already beginning to lose speed. It won't be long until it completely halts.

Quote from: Third Commando Team
Control room, move it.

[2+2=4] The last squad struggles onwards in the ruined second part of the train, heading towards the control room. [6] They display amazing speed and rush head-first into the city defenders, who are ready for their onslaught.

[4][3][6] The defenders open fire! [2][2][2] Focusing their fire a little too well, every single trooper defending the entrance fires at the same commando. [Dodge:1+1=2][BP:5][BP:5][BP:4][Shield Roll:1+1=2][SR:5+1=6][SR:1+1=2] The first shots hit him on the left side of his body, his adaptive armor struggling to keep up with the volley. [Damage:5+1=6][Damage:2+1-3=1][Damage:1+1=2] The very first shot passes straight through the man's arm, blowing it off from the elbow. The two other shots bring him to the ground, where he bleeds out incredibly quickly. Even elites are just normal men behind all that training and fancy gadgets. The rest of the defenders proceed to fill his corpse with bullet holes, perhaps to make sure he's dead.

The rest of the commandos head to cover, preparing to return fire and avenge their lost comrade.

I've remade rules for shields and armors, as the current system is a bit wonky. I mean, a Power of 2 or 1 would only weaken you, which doesn't make any sense. With this system, shields/armors aren't actually guaranteed to stop damage at all. There's a roll which determines how much damage is taken away, influenced by the Power level of the invention. It's now more random, so much more Fun for everyone!

And as everybody is no doubt confused at where the commando teams are; Team 1 is in the same general area of the train as Lightning Hook, though they have not reached him yet. Team 2 just shut down the Engine in room at the top of the train, which is near the Control Center. Team 3 is fighting the City defenders of the train at the Control Center entrance, though they're not actually inside yet, where Nirur, Taric and Littleweed are.

Build the metaboulder out of everything in my current compartment whatever I got on me. Tell the citizens to move to the next compartment. Now. Release the metaboulder in the center of the compartment set to all distract but me. In the corner under a seat or somethnig. Equip a chunk of stone or anything on hand, and wait in the corner to bash some council troop/s across the skull, as well as take their weapon. Use the cakehelmet during this time to empower my reflex and all that such if possible.

Is this amount of actions okay?

It would be, but you're in the control center, and there's a battle raging at the exit so you can't really go anyhwere. You sure you still want to do that?

You're still wrecking the control center, which is needed so the train can actually be controlled. Even if that doesn't bother you, I really doubt they're just gonna let you fuck up the place.
