S'been over a week and I imagine the OCD spike coincided with move-in stress (getting everything ready, wanting everything CLEAN so I wouldn't have to worry about boxes rubbing laundry and all that mess).

As for fooding regularly... eh, I get sick if I eat breakfast more often than not. :I

But yeah, I'm finally living next to the Dining Commons I like (I might as well go and divulge all my personal information since it's easy enough to figure it out anyway: I live in UCSB's San Rafael dorm, right next to Carrillo. Last year I lived in Santa Catalina [FT] and refused to eat at the attached dining commons, Portola, because it was terribad. So now I live near the place I ate last year, but I can actually go there conveniently instead of arranging my schedule around not having to wait half an hour to catch a bus there).

All of which amounts to "Most of what happens is my own damn fault."

Well, hell, it technically starts Thursday, but whatever. The point is I've moved in and this is my first breakfast since then.

Yeah, I got a sigmoidoscopy. That was Fun. They're like "Ehhhh we can't find anything, it's IBS."
I've noticed I also get very nauseous in the mornings where eating will cause something to go wrong, which coincidentally only seem to happen when I sleep under 11 hours.
