I can't even play. It flashes "Account authentication has failed" at me before settling down with a "Server response delayed: disconnected" error.

I'm in Europe, but it should work with my old Global account made before the segregation thingee.

Well, does it work with any old Global account?

And if it's blocking IPs, then what the hell. And how would I go about bypassing this.

If they ever do make it available to EU users, it'll be on a different server. Nexon's stuff is kinda region-locked that way.
