I'd say I'm really only ticked off about the tiles being used apparently without permission. I don't have any that ended up being used in Stonesense, but I know if I'd made them for use in Stonesense I wouldn't want them being used for this game.

Solifuge, Michibro, it might be a wise idea to send them a politely worded "Cease and Desist" letter. They are using your intellectual property, you can prove that it's yours because of the datestamps on the forums and dffd, and they need to stop.

If not, look into lawyers and obliterate them before they get a real chance.

What? I was sad only about Solifuge. He manually drew these tiles and they are used somewhere without any questions and he didn't like it. As an hobby-artist I feel sad for him.

I don't care about suing at all.

P.S. My 'sad face' was about the bad community and that you can't "fix" it.

The moment I've offered my help to redraw tiles to stop irritating Soli I've got an answer:

P.P.S. It's quite cool that I am known even in such sewers, but the amount of shit which comes out of their mouths cannot make me to join it... And I don't know any other major communities of DF in russia, this seems to be biggest, hehe.

I made them with the intent of never making money off of them, so long as they're only used in non-profit projects.
