Crap, I was suddenly invited to go to a math team competition as a substitute, so now I'm going to miss the game. I might show up for the very end, depending on when we get back.

I had such great attendance, too.

Let's see, about 3 hours to game time.

Hmmm... there's a couple things I'd like to deal with as much as possible before the session starts; namely, finalizing all purchases that people want to make, and creating macros for everyone's passive spot and listen checks so it doesn't take me for goddamn ever.

So I'm putting the server up now; session starts in 31 minutes. In theory. And when you all show up, just ignore the testerbot.

Session is starting... kinda. Also, this thread is now playing host to the "come up with a good name for the party's sandflier" competition. We will have three days of names for the boat, and then I will put up a poll for four days of voting. The ship's name will be finalized next session.

Shoruke cancels Host Game: Headache.

Still, we got almost 5 hours in (if you include the prep time just after I launched the server), and some decently good gaming happened. So...

Bote is fast
Bote needs a name
Bote is spelled wrong incorrectly ON PURPOSE, jeez that must have been a mother of a headache
Corina almost solo'd a large-size scorpion, text-based style, yo
Van almost killed himself, at full health, by messing with a dead scorpion.
Y'all got an Azer on the bote. Dude needs some help, he's seriously bummed out.
Journals... yeah.

G'night.

It's kind of funny, I don't think van will be doing anything Nael asks of him for a looong long time now.

Anyways "Sand's Zephyr" as the ships name.

Bote is spelled wrong incorrectly
What is the correct way to spell it wrong? Boote? Botte? Baot?

Boat needs a name... Blind Zephyr?

I was thinking of Desert Wind for its speed, but also staying ambiguous enough to use it as the airship name  ;D. I'll post a journal in a day or two.

Desert Wind is already the name of a Weapon of Legacy scimitar. Maybe 'Sand Blaster'? 'The Coarse Courser'?

@Shoruke - is it possible I could nab the chatlog from you to read over?

Official notice: There's a good chance there won't be a session this Saturday, on account of my possibly being 650 km away from home to visit my last living grandparent, who is likely to die in the next few months.

On the brighter side of things, I thought the session went rather well... except that the group went to the ruins before they had a reason to... oh well, it worked out, you guys got some cheap loot.

I know it's stupid of me, and probably frowned upon, but could I change my character? I just realized that playing a wizard isn't the same as I thought it would be (two weeks ago was the first time I played DnD) and I'd like to switch to something I could actually stick with. At the same time, I don't want to have my character occupy the same role as anyone else's character.

And I'm sorry to hear about your grandparent, Shoruke.
