So, no session today, since only a cleric and a druid showed up.
We'll try again on Saturday... but we'll start half an hour late, to give me enough time to get home JUST IN CASE my meeting at work goes longer than usual.

Luckily for you guys, I spent a bunch of time making the cave you guys are (supposedly) heading for better. So when we eventually get around to having the session, the fight will be pretty interesting and there will be much loot and Dwarf Fortress themes. Oh, and also Advance Speed Of Plot coupons.

A cleric... And a druid? I do believe that that there are whole campaigns that have shuddered in fear at such words. Of course, the cleric in question doesn't have persistent divine power, and the druid isn't pouncing every round for three hundred points of damage, but still, we totally should have just kept all of the xp for ourselves...

Now now, don't go misunderstanding me or nuthin'. Weird stuff happens when players misunderstand me.
I think *someone* (but not me) should start an underdog-style campaign, starring kobolds. I myself am quite content with hosting only one D&D campaign at once.

hrm, was only an hour late(or two?), but sounds like it doesn't matter that much from the sound of things. Family stuff for the holidays ran longer than I expected.

Jeez, finals are just now starting up for me.
In the interest of avoiding any timing shenanigans, session starts in... 30 hours, 20 minutes. Give or take 2 minutes.

Ugh, session needs to be cancelled due to DM being an idiot. I don't JUST have three hours of meetings today, I'm scheduled for twelve hours of work. Oi.

On the one hand, I'm lined up to make $250 CAD today (which is 3.3x as much as a full day's pay at minimum wage).
On the other hand, if my feet haven't killed me by the time my shift is over, my D&D players might.
And if I somehow live through all of that, it's going to be insanely hard for me to get home today tomorrow morning, because I finish work at the same time all the bars close and it's Christmas party season.
