The bison description says that it can be used for almost any large herd animal.

The DC for training a domesticated elephant is the same as for training anything else. The DC for domesticating a baby elephant is its HD+15, or, in this case, 26.

Well, yesterday was interesting. I take one quick restroom break and I come back to find half the party has been mind controlled by what looks like sand nymphs. Was very Annoying. Remembered Aunt Lora's Maximum of Angry Wolverines to the Crotch and moved to start that up, but they were pounded unconscious before that could get going. Got a moment of enlightenment though, so still worth it. 'Nymphs' turned out to be hags, so plans to sell them for loots were canceled. They got face stabbed instead. Was amusing. Had very poor loot though. Hopefully Books will give more. Had to use up about a fifth of my wand, hope the party will buy me a replacement when it runs out. Now need to go set stupid noble girl's newest stupid idea straight, so letter ended. Will send letter at first chance.

To my Sister,

Today we had little to do so 'we' decided to gather the books. On the way, we encountered some strange women. I was hesitant to do anything, when Vaba shot them four times. I sent Lyca ahead to cut them off so we could explain, then one of them conjured some kind of sandstorm, which hurt Lyca and was the last straw for me. The sandstorm bogged me down a little, and when I got through, one of them had passed through an alleyway to the side and the other was watching the group fight over her. Uskton and I managed to drive her off as well, and the others found their senses. Unfortunately for our foes, Lyca went around the alley and cut off a retreat. We managed to down them, and they turned out to be desert hags. As a result, we very quickly finished them off.

Little else has happened of note since I last wrote.

Well I'm done updating Nael, he can now cast Web and Mage Hand (that should help for obvious reasons). I have one question for Web though, when it is cast will it stay if it is just cast on the ground as an anchor, or must it have some sort of standing object to attach to? I assumed the ground since it does not have a height.

I'm feeling a little nauseous, so I'm gonna do my journal tomorrow. It won't be as awesome as those who were with Nael, but it should still be pretty good.

I want 1100 gold from the mage guild reward. I feel 11% is fair since I don't think it's splitting more than 9 ways.

(By the way, I am not selling anything, although I am restocking the ship. 36 units of food were used, for 36 silver.)
